Greetings:

As I said, I am a third generation realtor. My Great Grandmother, Clara, was a successful realtor who got her license at age 60.  My mom, Judy Phillips and aunt Barbara Schatan began in the 90's working together in Santa Cruz  as a team called the "Schatan Sisters".  I got licensed as a REALTOR® in 2015 and joined their brokerage. 

 

My office is in the Seabright neighborhood and serves the local community as well as the Greater Bay Area. I am an active and founding member of the Midtown Business Association. I work with our City leaders to build community and partnership in the Seabright/Midtown/Eastside area. 

I joined Miritz Real Estate in 2023 and it feels like home to return to a boutique agency that delivers top notch professional service. My support team is in the office as well as outside the office and there are too many people to list here. I work with a transaction coordinator, my broker, title company officers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, landscapers, licensed inspectors and workers, home stagers and the list goes on. We are here to support you in every step of the way!

I grew up on the Westside of Santa Cruz and now have the pleasure to live on the Eastside. My favorite thing to do is explore other cultures by traveling. My children both attend excellent schools in Santa Cruz County. We live close to work and are on our bikes or taking a walk to the beach. I live with my husband, two sons, seven chickens and our beloved poodle Ollie. My greatest joy is seeing others making their dreams come true! Thanks for taking the time to read about me.
